Itwusa.com is a website owned by International Travel Warehouse. These Terms and Conditions are applicable to all users of the website. By using this website you agree solely, without modification, to the terms and conditions listed below and to the terms and conditions of the respective tour company in which you are booking your travel services.

Users of the International Travel Warehouse website shall be referred to as 'the customer' in these Terms & Conditions.

RESPONSIBILITY
International Travel Warehouse is a Brick & Mortar Travel Agency, which focuses on leisure travel, and with our website itwusa.com, a full service online travel agency offering the service of providing travel information and reservations, as provided by various third party suppliers, to the customer. You, the customer, must be at least 18 years of age in order to purchase travel services from International Travel Warehouse. Users of this website must agree to all of the terms and conditions listed on this page in order to use this website.

The Customer assumes responsible for any incidents of damaged, lost or stolen luggage or personal items. Any incidents of loss or damage should be reported in writing directly with your insurance company. You assume full responsibility for verifying all safety and security conditions for travel and agree that International Travel Warehouse are not responsible for any potential hazards or risks related to travel to destinations listed on the website. The Customer assumes responsibility for any or all health, sanitation, cuisine or telecommunications services, and for any acts of terrorism, war, social or labor unrest, civil disturbances, arbitrary changes in government policies, climate conditions, military activity, emergency evacuation methods, political instability, or standards of hygiene at the destination. International Travel Warehouse Strongly Recommends the Purchase of Insurance & Trip Protection.

PRICING AND CONTENT
All prices within this website are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Airport fees, where applicable, are not included in the pricing. All prices on this website are subject to change without prior notice. Any changes in pricing that may occur prior to the receipt of your deposit are not the responsibility of International Travel Warehouse. Once a travel booking is complete (air, hotel & car rentals), pricing CANNOT be adjusted. Pricing and availability on all vacation packages and flights is not guaranteed until confirmed with the receipt of your deposit. Should there be a discrepancy between the price shown on the website and that of the actual tour operator selling price, the later shall prevail. All products are subject to availability and deliverable within the United States and Canada only.

International Travel Warehouse does not charge travel agency fees (service fees, processing fees), except we reserve the right to charge a $25 cancellation charge.

All informational content, such as ship, hotel and destination information, on this website is provided only as a guideline. International Travel Warehouse is aware that the customer is in demand of accurate information and as a result makes every effort possible to make sure that the content within this website is up-to-date. However, due to constant changes and occasional circumstances beyond our control some of the ship, hotel and destination information within this website may not be 100% accurate. International Travel Warehouse makes every effort to make sure that images on this website are as close a representation as possible but cannot be held responsible for changes beyond our control. Ship, hotel, and destination images on this website, which are displayed with the Weston Images copyright are images taken by International Travel Warehouse staff. Other ship, hotel and destination images on this website are representational only and cannot be guaranteed completely accurate.

All Credit Card Transactions (Online and Offline) are processed by the respective and well-known Travel Partner (ex. Carnival Cruise Lines, Pleasant Holidays, Sandals, Globus & Cosmos, etc.), and ALL Online Transactions are processed directly on our Travel Partner's Secured Website.

DOCUMENTATION
It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain all the necessary documents, such as passports and visas, required to gain entry into the country of destination. Obtaining passports and visas may require lengthy processing time, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all required documentation is received before travel departure.

MINORS
Children under 18 traveling with only one parent MUST have a notarized letter of authorization signed by the parent who is not traveling. If both parents are not traveling with the child, this note must be signed by both parents. This rule currently applies for travel to Mexico. If you are unsure of the requirements for the country you are traveling to or for any other documentation inquiries, please contact an International Travel Warehouse Vacation Specialist, or the destination's tourist office.

CANCELLATION
Airfare and vacation package purchases may be 100% non-refundable. All purchases MAY be changeable for a fee that is determined by the cruise line/tour operator that you have made your reservation with. It is highly recommended that the customer purchase travel insurance in order to protect themselves against the loss of their purchase due to unforeseen circumstances. Please see below.

INSURANCE
For every sale, the supplier offers the option to purchase travel insurance to cover the customer against any unforeseen circumstances that may occur prior to, during or after your trip. There are different types of insurance packages available and the purchase of insurance is an optional decision to the customer. International Travel Warehouse highly recommends purchasing travel insurance. If the customer wants to make an insurance claim it is their responsibility to contact International Travel Warehouse or the supplier, as soon as possible. Please contact us if you require more information regarding travel insurance.

OWNERSHIP
All the contents within this website are the property of International Travel Warehouse and/or its third party suppliers. This website is intended for personal use only and is not to be used for commercial purposes. None of the content found on this website may be reproduced, republished, displayed, distributed, modified, sold, or transferred without the written consent of International Travel Warehouse and/or its third party suppliers. This website is to be used to gather information on travel-related goods and service and to make legitimate purchases and/or reservations. This website may not be used to make any false, fraudulent, or speculative purchases and/or reservations.

JURISDICTION AND LEGALITY

All travel packages, airfares and hotels displayed on this website are supplied to International Travel Warehouse by various third party suppliers (cruise lines, tour operators, travel-related companies) and in turn are subject to their own Terms & Conditions. International Travel Warehouse is merely a seller for the third party suppliers and is in no way responsible for incidents brought upon or caused by any of the third party suppliers. When the customer purchases travel services through International Travel Warehouse they must refer to the appropriate third party suppliers Terms & Conditions. It is the responsibility of the customer to refer to the appropriate third party supplier for the Terms & Conditions that are specific to their travel services.

International Travel Warehouse cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature whatsoever whether to person or property that may arise from the purchase of any travel services through this website. By purchasing travel services through this website you, the customer, hereby understand and agree without modification to the terms and conditions listed above.
