Each overwater suite overlooks the lagoon and beach. Closest to the beach with both ocean and lagoon views from all rooms. Full Master bathroom with tub offering unobstructed views of the lagoon. Large exterior, private deck with steps into the lagoon. 1080 square feet. Number of accommodations: 28 Bedding: 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed (double). Maximum Occupancy: 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
Mountain View Over Water Bungalow
 Mountain View Over Water Bungalows offer the complete Polynesian lagoon experience, with views of majestic Mount Otemanu. Ideal for families, these 1 bedroom units feature a spacious living room that opens onto a deck furnished with 2 chaises longues. Extending the length of the bungalow, the deck features a dining table with easy access to the lagoon below. The spacious living room has seating for 4, including a sofabed. A well defined work area features a multi line telephone with voice mail, wired and wireless high-speed internet access, a plasma screen television, a built in safe and a fully stocked private bar. The bedroom also opens onto the deck. The bathroom, which opens onto a wooden deck, features a double vanity, an oversized tub and a separate shower. 1080 square feet. Each overwater suite overlooks the lagoon and beach with a separate living room. Located further out into the lagoon with more expansive ocean and lagoon views from all rooms. Full Master bathroom with tub offering unobstructed views of the lagoon. Large exterior, private deck with steps into the lagoon. 1080 square feet. Number of accommodations: 32 Bedding: 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed (double). Maximum Occupancy: 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
Lagoon View Over Water With Plunge Pool
 Each overwater suite overlooks the lagoon and beach with separate living room. Located at the furthest end of the pontoon with the most prized views of the lagoon and beach from all rooms. Full Master bathroom with tub offering unobstructed views of the lagoon. Large exterior, private deck with shaded fares and steps leading into the lagoon. 1120 square feet. Number of accommodations: 4 Bedding: 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed (double). Maximum Occupancy: 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
Otemanu Over Water Bungalow With Plunge Pool
 Each overwater suite measures 1,575 square feet and overlooks the lagoon and beach with separate living room. Located at the very end of the pontoon with the only unobstructed views of the lagoon and beach from all rooms. These very private, overwater suites offer a full Master bathroom with tub offering spectacular views of the lagoon. An additional half bath located off the living room, is ideal for families with children. Large exterior, private deck with 2 shaded fares for relaxing and steps leading into the lagoon. Number of accommodations: 4 Bedding: 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed (double), Maximum Occupancy: 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
2 Bedroom Beachfront Villa With Swim Pool
 A white sand beach and private swimming pool are key features of these 2 bedroom, 3 bath villas. Measuring 3,230 square feet, the villas boast spectacular lagoon and mountain views. The villas boast a large master bedroom with 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom with 2 queen beds and a large living room with seating for 6 (featuring a sofa bed), making the villas ideal for families. The outdoor area is 1,000 square feet of wrap-around decks, shaded lanais and exotic foilage for privacy. The large swimming pool and Jacuzzi offer unobstructed views of Mt. Otemanu and Mt. Pahia. Traditional teak woods, pandanus roof coverings and refined Polynesian objects set the scene for a restful and open environment. Number of accommodations: 6. Maximum Occupancy: 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children Swim Pool or 2 adults and 4 children.
3 Bedroom Beachfront Villa With Swim Pool
 The Beachfront Villa is perfect for families with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and private swimming pool. Located on a white sand beach, this unique villa is naturally secluded, offering unmatched sunset views. The outdoor area is 1000 square feet of decks and shaded lanais. The villa features a spacious foyer, a living room with seating for 7, a plasma screen television, an adjacent dining room with seating for 8 and a large pantry. Additional amenities include a well-defined work area featuring a multi-line telephone with voice mail, wired and wireless high-speed internet access, a plasma screen television, a built-in safe and a fully stocked private bar. The master bedroom offers a king bed, a plasma screen television, an ensuite bathroom and a large private deck, with its own whirlpool. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the villa. Each has its own bathroom and a personal patio. All bathrooms include a double vanity, an oversized tub and a separate shower.
