Pavilion Restaurant
The Pavilion Restaurant, with its 50 foot ceilings features International cuisine served overlooking one of the Caribbean's largest pools and a breathtaking view of the ocean. Reservations are not required. Dress code is casual.

La Toc Restaurant
Gourmet French cuisine in opulently elegant surroundings. Reservations are not required. Dress code is elegant (dress pants and collared shirts).

The Pitons Restaurant
Uniquely delicious Contemporary Caribbean cuisine with white glove service served overlooking the moonlit sea. Reservations are not required. Dress code is casual.

Arizona Restaurant
Western-style grill serving the finest steaks, poultry and other specialty dishes in a casual outdoor setting. Reservations are not required. Dress code is casual.

Kimonos Restaurant
An impressive traditional Japanese restaurant with dramatic panoramic view of the Caribbean sea, featuring Teppanyaki style cuisine prepared table side by an entertaining chef. Reservations are required. Dress code is casual.

Armando's Restaurant
Gourmet restaurant serving fine northern Italian fare. Guests will be treated to impeccable service and spectacular bluff-top views of the surrounding mountains and ocean. Reservations are not required. Dress code is elegant (dress pants and collared shirts).

Deluxe Guest Room
Located on the second floor of the hillside Honeymoon One Bedroom Suites. Rooms do not have a balcony. View: Hotel Grounds.

Premium Guest Room
Located on the first through third floors of the Esperance Building. Rooms offer views of the golf course and spa. These rooms also have a plasma TV, whirlpool tub, and French balcony. View: Hotel Grounds.

Luxury Oceanview Guest Room
Located on the second floor of the Honeymoon Oceanview One Bedroom Suites- great rooms with an enormous balcony. View: Ocean.

Grande Luxe Oceanview Guest Room
Located on the second floor of the Honeymoon Oceanfront One Bedroom Villa Suites, offer great ocean views but no balcony. Also located on the fourth through seventh floors of the Soufriere Building. All these rooms have balconies. There are also rooms located on the first through third floors of the Esperance Building. These rooms also have a plasma TV, whirlpool tub, and French balcony. Luxury Beachfront Guest Room
Located on the first through third floors of the Choisel Building (main hotel buildings). These rooms also have a plasma TV, whirlpool tub, and French balcony. View: Gardens, Pool, and Ocean.

Honeymoon Grande Luxe Beachfront Guest Room
Located on the first through third floors of the Choiseul and Esperance Buildings (main hotel buildings). These rooms are larger than the lower categories and feature a king bed and a separate sitting area. These rooms also have a plasma TV, whirlpool tub, and French balcony. View: Pool, Ocean, Gardens.

Honeymoon Oceanview One-Bedroom Suite
Set alongside the road from the main hotel buildings heading towards Ocean Bluff. These two-story villas offer a fantastic oceanview. The bedroom is upstairs and the parlor is downstairs. You'll love relaxing on the large porch. View: Ocean. Concierge Accommodation.

 

Honeymoon One-Bedroom Suite with Pool
Located in two-story hillside villas. These intimate suites are on the first level and feature a large king bedroom and separate living room. The living room leads out to the patio and the suite's personal private plunge pool- romantic! View: Gardens. Concierge Accommodation.

Water's Edge One-Bedroom Suite
Split-level suites set on the side of the bluff. The upper level features a living room and large porch. The lower level has a large bedroom. The trees growing on the side of the bluff gives these suites a sense of seclusion and privacy. View: Ocean. Concierge Accommodation.

 

Honeymoon Oceanview One-Bedroom Imperial Suite with Whirlpool Bath
Located on the first and second floors of the all-suite Coubaril Building on Ocean Bluff. As with the Penthouse Suites, these are tremendous one-bedroom suites with fantastic ocean views. Penthouse Oceanview One-Bedroom Regency Suite with Whirlpool Bath
Set on the uppermost portion of the exclusive Ocean Bluff. Located on the third and fourth floors of the all-suite Coubaril Building. The ocean views from these magnificent one-bedroom suites are breathtaking. The suite consists of a large parlor with a great balcony. The bedroom features a four-poster king bed and a marble bath with a whirlpool. 24- hour room service. This suite is a favorite with our repeat guests. View: Ocean. Concierge Accommodation. Honeymoon Oceanfront One-Bedroom Villa Suite with Pool
Villas are set high above the Caribbean, at the end of the Ocean Bluff Peninsula. These idyllic suites feature large king bedrooms and a living room which opens to a patio and the suites own personal plunge pool. 24-hour room service. View: Ocean, Bay, and Mountains. Royal Oceanfront One-Bedroom Two Story Villa with Pool
These two-story Villa Suites are set 50ft. above the Caribbean on Ocean Bluff and offer spectacular views. Lavish bedrooms are on the upper level; posh living rooms and the romantic personal plunge pool on the lower floor. The Villa's exquisite bath features a Jacuzzi.
