The Wyndham Rio Mar - A Wyndham Grand Resort, recently added cutting edge technology with the installation of ParView's GPS (Global Positioning System) in every golf cart — a first in the Caribbean!

ParView's satellites "beam" signals from a communications system in the pro shop to small receivers in the golf carts. These signals display fairway yardage, along with an animated view of the hole and green. As the golfer drives down the fairway, all distances scroll dynamically, giving the golfer exact information. The system also provides professional tips, weather warnings, electronic scoring, a live tournament leaderboard, has 911 capability, and allows golfers to order food and beverages right from the cart!

The Caribbean Suite is located at the East and West ends of the resort. Featuring floor to ceiling windows in the parlor, have a direct view to the Atlantic Ocean. Enter into a large tiled foyer with guest bathroom on the left. The living area contains a dining area on the left side with rectangular dining room table for six people. Comfortable lounging area with sofa and two chairs, coffee table and television inside console. Also located off the dining area is an alcove with desk and chair for privacy. The master bedroom connects off to the left of the living room and has one king size bed, writing desk with two chairs, television in armoire and chaise chair. The bathroom has single sink pedestal with shower stall. Both, the bedroom and living area open on to a spacious three bay balcony with two tables and three chairs, with a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean. Maximum Occupancy: 1 B/R (6 adults or 4 adults and 2 children), and 2 B/R (8 adults or 6 adults and 2 children).

The Atlantic Suite opens into a large tiled foyer with a guest bathroom located to the left. As you enter into the parlor you look out through a floor to ceiling window directly out to the Atlantic Ocean. The parlor is divided into three spaces: the living room is center with two sofas, two lounge chairs, coffee table and consoles behind each sofa; the dining area is on the right with a circular dining room table with seating for six. On the right side of the living room is the media area with two lounge chairs, ottoman, table and entertainment center against the wall. Maximum Occupancy: 1 B/R (6 adults or 4 adults and 2 children), and 2 B/R (8 adults or 6 adults and 2 children).
