Dining

St. Regis Princeville Resort features four restaurants:

Café Hanalei
East meets West on the Pacific-Rim breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus at this all-day restaurant offering both inside tables and terrace tables with panoramic views of the Pacific and surf-swept Hanalei Bay. At breakfast, both buffet and à la carte choices are available. On Sunday there's a champagne brunch and on Friday evening a seafood buffet.

La Cascata
Passing through iron gates, La Cascata diners find themselves in an elegant setting of hand-painted murals beneath an embellished double-vaulted ceiling. The restaurant features a Mediterranean-accented dinner menu and extensive wine list.

The Living Room
In our living room we'll introduce you to the fascinating Hawaiian culture. On selected evenings each week, you're invited to experience a uniquely Hawaiian celebration of life and Island-style entertainment. Enjoy cocktails while watching the afternoon sun melt into the Pacific Ocean setting of a purple-orange fire in the sky. Afternoon tea, a light menu and hors d'oeuvres are also featured.

The Beach Restaurant & Bar
Light lunches, snacks, and tropical drinks are served at this poolside spot from late morning to sunset. Twice a week there's a luau.

Beachside Luau
Featuring Ho'ike Nani 'O Ke Kai (A Show of Splendor by the Sea). Picturesque Hanalei Bay is the spectacular backdrop to this unique Hawaiian luau, a touch of Hawaii's past. The heralding of the conch shell announces the beginning of the Pa'ina and invites visitors and guests to participate in the traditional Imu ceremony. Enjoy an evening of unique foods of Hawaii topped off with a show of island music and dances. Reservations are necessary.

Partial Ocean View Guest Room
One king bed or two double beds. Partial or greater views of the ocean and the resort's grounds. Lower floors. Window seat, light-colored, plantation-style furniture, wood ceiling moldings, original oil prints. Bathroom in green marble, with twin sinks, deep soaking tub and shower, gold-plated fixtures, lighted makeup mirror, side-lit mirror panels. Premium bedding, plush bathrobes, minibar, refrigerator, video game console. Most rooms have Juliet balconies with wrought-iron railings in front of large sliding windows. Rooms are located on either the 1st floor with ground floor gardens/patios and floors 9 and 10 with some featuring spacious lanais. Maximum Occupancy: 4 guests.

Ocean View Guest Room
One king bed or two double beds with premium bedding. Full view of ocean from room. Window seat, light-colored, plantation-style furniture, wood ceiling moldings, original oil prints. Bathroom in green marble, with twin sinks, deep soaking tub and shower, gold-plated fixtures, lighted makeup mirror, side-lit mirror panels. Prince Junior Suite
One king bed. Full view of ocean. 800 square feet. Window seat, light-colored, plantation-style furniture, wood ceiling moldings, original oil prints. Bathroom in green marble, with twin sinks, deep soaking tub and shower, gold-plated fixtures, lighted makeup mirror, side-lit mirror panels. Premium bedding, plush bathrobes, minibar, refrigerator, video game console. Most rooms have Juliet balconies with wrought-iron railings in front of large sliding windows. Two TVs -- one pops up near bed and other is in sitting area. Spa tub near window. "Magic" window near tub converts from opaque for privacy to transparent for bathing-with-a-view. Junior Suites with ocean views in preferred locations on floors 8-11. Maximum Occupancy: 2 guests.

Royal Suite
One king bed in a one-bedroom suite with panoramic views of Hanalei Bay and the ocean. 2,400 square feet. European furnishings, original antiques, full kitchen with butler's entry, and deluxe marble bathroom with large spa tub, separate dual shower, and bidet. Private butler service included. Maximum Occupancy: 2 guests.

Presidential Suite
One king bed in two different one-bedroom suites. One features tropical décor in a two-story loft arrangement and the other is a one-story suite with Brazilian blue quartzite granite floors. 1,800 square feet. Full kitchen with butler's entry and marble-clad bathroom with spa tub, separate dual shower, and bidet. Private butler service included. Maximum Occupancy: 2 guests.

Executive Suite
There are 7 exquisitely-appointed Executive Suites offering spacious elegance. furnished in sumptuous fabrics trimmed with tassels and silk cording. Bedding treatments and furnishings in the Executive Suites are understated accentuated by the vibrant colors of Hawaiian flora such as the yellow hibiscus, the red ohia flower and muted green of Kauai's mokihana berry. 1,200-square feet.
