Kámbu
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a terraced area surrounded by the colors of the Mexican Caribbean. This café offers a buffet service with seafood and snacks prepared in a New World style. Open from 11:00 to 17:00 hours.

Kalmia
The restaurant is located in a nature area and offers a wonderful view to the vast, turquoise ocean - the perfect place to enjoy the best breakfasts, lunches and dinners with a buffet bar and a menu service. Open from 06:30 to 23:00 hours.

Rosato
An exquisite environment to enjoy gastronomy at its best, combining Italian and Mediterranean styles. Dinners are served with menu service to share an unforgettable evening. Open from 18:00 to 23:00 hours.

The 502-room Fiesta Americana Condesa consists of three eight-story wings painted in a Mexican mosaic of peach, yellow, and earth tones. It is distinguished by an enormous, multi-story palapa extending over the drive-up entrance.
