St. James, Barbados is the home of Almond Beach Club & Spa. Here, relaxation and exhilaration walk hand in hand along powder-soft Caribbean beaches.

The adults only (16 and over), small and intimate, all-inclusive resort offers romantic Caribbean vacations to honeymooners, couples ready to renew vows, or just friends and family looking to enjoy a luxurious Caribbean destination.

Located in the Parish of St. James, is approximately 6 miles from Bridgetown, the Barbados capital and 14 miles from the Airport.

At the adults-only all-inclusive resort, Almond Club & Spa caters to the relaxation and rejuvenation of its guests. A courtyard with tall tropical plantings contains a large, two-level pool divided by a waterfall, an eight-person cool-water spa tub flowing into another pool, and a sunning lawn furnished with lounge chairs. The Caribbean Sea washes up to coral-rock formations along the resort's 100-yard water frontage. Above the rocks is a sand terrace furnished with lounge chairs-shaded by trees in mornings, but sunny in afternoons.

Almond Beach Club & Spa invites you to enjoy a wide selection of dining experiences, with different menus every day. Dinner can range from exquisite continental cuisine to the rich bounty of the Caribbean captured in tangy Bajan dishes. Guests of the Club & Spa can also use Almond's free transportation to dine at any of the on-island Almond Resorts.

Sunset Restaurant
Sunset restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is served buffet style with made-to-order omelets. Lunch offers guests a choice of either the buffet or an a la carte menu that changes daily. Dinner offers a la carte continental cuisine.

Enids
Experience the variety of island food at Enid's, where Bajan style dining and local cuisine come together to create a wonderfully unique taste. Once dining at Enid's you'll want to attend one of their cooking classes so you can bring those special Bajan recipes back home.

Water's Edge
The resort's new seafood restaurant is open for dinner only and reservations are required.

Room service is available for lunch and dinner.

Note:
Almond Beach Dress Code: In the restaurants, shoes must be worn, bathing suits must be covered and men do not wear tank tops or sleeveless shirts. After 6:30pm men have to wear slacks and women wear dresses, slacks, or culottes- (no shorts or short outfits).

Almond Club & Spa offers 161 guest rooms in seven three- and four-story multicolored buildings that form a U-shape around a central pool-and-garden courtyard. Decor features cool tropical colors and tile floors. Ceiling fans and louvered panels or windows provide a cooling alternative to rooms' air conditioning.

Bedding consists of either 2 twin beds or 1 king bed.

Standard Rooms
Standard rooms with views of tropical gardens or the ocean (no balcony or patio). Maximum Occupancy: 2 adults.

Deluxe Pool Garden Rooms
Deluxe Pool/Garden view rooms overlooking lush gardens and pools. Maximum Occupancy: 2 adults.

Deluxe Beachfront Rooms
Deluxe Beachfront rooms located on the beachfront. Maximum Occupancy: 2 adults.

Superior Deluxe Pool Garden Rooms
Superior Deluxe Pool/Garden rooms offer a large bedroom with living room incorporated into one area. Maximum Occupancy: 2 adults.

 

 

One Bedroom Pool Garden View Suites
Consist of a spacious bedroom with an adjoining living area, views of the pool or gardens. Maximum Occupancy: 4 adults.

One Bedroom Ocean View Suites
Consist of a spacious bedroom with an adjoining living area, views of the ocean. Maximum Occupancy: 4 adults.

One Bedroom Beachfront Suites
Consist of a spacious bedroom with an adjoining living area on the beachfront. Maximum Occupancy: 4 adults.

All deluxe, superior deluxe and suites feature a balcony or patio. All rooms include a/c, private bath & shower, safety deposit box, direct dial phone, color TV, radio, hair dryer, shaver socket (110/220 V) and coffee maker.

Salud Spa Almond Beach Club & Spa features a luxurious spa for its guests. The spa is full service and has many packages, and services to choose from. Services at the spa are not included in the all-inclusive price.

A health-and-beauty spa offers massage, hydrotherapy, body treatments, men's and women's facials, waxing, and hair and nail care (surcharges) and provides saunas and steam rooms. Treatment options include Thalassotherapy algae and seaweed baths, couples massage, aromatherapy salt scrubs, and body wraps (surcharges).
