If you love playing in the water, the fun only begins on the beach! Skim the waves on a sailboat or kayak, and then, venture under the sparkling turquoise water's surface with snorkeling or scuba. Come up onto the sugary white sand for some beach volleyball or just work on your tan. Continue further into the resort and find Sheraton Nassau Beach's seven-acre waterscape, cascading waterfalls and sparkling freeform pools. What a wonderful way to vacation in the water, without leaving the pleasures of the land.

Whatever you have a taste for, the Sheraton Nassau Beach Resort has it. Six distinctively different restaurants including the gourmet Italian delights at Amici; the continental flair of Avocados, the exciting Caribbean flavors at Islands, or the fiery atmosphere of The Forge. Sumptuous buffets are the feature of the indoor / outdoor Bimini Market Grill while salads and sandwiches are served up poolside at the Dolphin Beach Grill. Exciting bars and lounges give you the perfect locale for a quiet drink or kickin' up your heels. Live music, karaoke, and weekly theme parties will have you dancing into the night.

Amici (Italian)
Dinner at Amici is updated, traditional cuisine served in a stunning two-story location. Delicious antipasto, veal piccata, chicken risotto and fresh seafood dishes are complemented by fine wines and liquors. The wooden gazebos, mahogany columns, marble floors and hand painted ceiling offer a romantic indoor and outdoor garden setting.

Avocados (Continental)
Continental cuisine served in a contemporary style. Also specializing in island-style seafood and steaks.

Islands (Caribbean)
A colorful, fun-filled dining experience featuring contemporary cuisine with a Caribbean flair. Frozen tropical drinks, jerk chicken, conch fritters, Nassau-style grouper and baby back ribs are served with Island music during dinner. Karaoke kicks in for late night entertainment excitement.

The Forge (Seafood & Steak)
Grill your own steaks, chicken or seafood table side in a lively steak house atmosphere. The bold columns, sizzling grills and rich colors create a dining experience that complements a hearty menu of prime-cut filet, fresh salmon, shrimp and much more.

Bimini Market Grill (Buffet)
A high-spirited buffet showcasing a market of international and tropical specialties. Overlooking the lush gardens of the resort, guests enjoy lunch and dinner buffets featuring made-to-order pasta, a carvery of select meats, rotisserie, oven-baked pizzas, and Bahamian dishes. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Dolphin Beach Grill (Casual)
Located in the main pool area, the Dolphin Beach Grill serves salads, fresh sandwiches and tempting snacks poolside overlooking the beach and the turquoise sea during the day. In the evening, grilled specialties are served under a canopy of stars.
